Directions:

In a medium bowl, pour the ENTIRE PACKAGE and add 1½ cups of water. Mix with a wooden spoon for 3 minutes. Mixture will form into a soft dough.

COOKING OPTIONS:

Bites (Air Fryer): Cut dough into 1-inch chunks, and air-fry in batches for 8-10 minutes at 375°F. Middle should be fully cooked, it should not appear doughy on the inside. Optional: Spray with oil for extra crispy bites. Serving Size: 10 bites, (60 total per package)

Deli Slices (Steamer): Wrap the dough tight in aluminum foil or parchment paper twisting the ends to seal. Steam on high for 3 minutes, then cover, and steam on medium for 40-50 minutes. Refrigerate for 90 minutes for easier slicing. Serving Size: 4 slices, (24 total per package)

Meatloaf (Oven): Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a small 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper and lightly grease. Press the plant muscle dough into the pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into 1-inch slices. Serving Size: 1 slice, (6 total per package) Storage: Refrigerate for up to 5 days, after that freeze.

- If the product is defective or spoiled, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement. We may ask for photos or other details to better understand the issue and improve our product.  

3. Refund Process: 

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return or refund request is approved.  

- If a store credit is preferred, it will be applied to your account immediately.
